In April 2023 we came back from Florida and decided to sell our townhouse. It was time to buy a condo. We got in touch with Robyn and Cheryl for the selling of our townhouse.  They were hands on to help us all the way.  They checked our house and told us if there was anything to do. They hired a Home Inspector that came and checked everything and gave us a full report. We confirmed with them the asking price and when the showings would be. They had a photographer set up a complete online listing. They also ensured that we did not over price it to ensure we got offers.  They connected us with a Law Firm to do the paperwork so after the house sold the transition was smooth.  The house was sold in 5 days, then we had to find a condo to purchase. They found one in a few weeks that met our exact needs.  They helped with the offer and had the deal close near to the exact time that we had to vacate our townhouse.  We had never owned a condo and they provided us with all the paperwork and information we needed to make the move easy.  We would recommend Robyn and Cheryl to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
